We created core content available for free such as short reels, YouTube videos, blogs, and social media posts which all led back to our landing page for paywalled content such as a kitchen organization guide. When potential users signed up to our newsletter they were sent the organization guide PDF to their inbox.
We do an interview with the client/ webinar or live stream and then use the transcript to create blogs, articles, and newsletter material based on the exact topics discussed in the video.
We then take the video and have our editor clip it up into 10 short videos, and our social media manager who reports directly to the editor can quickly get them out to the public. All of this content would also include links in the bios back to the signup form for the Kitchen Guide and other PDFs that were behind the email wall.
The best tips and best content would be saved for email sign-up-only such as the guides. The free content such as the blogs, articles, videos an social media posts would all be used to direct people to the sign up content during this promotional period.
We help curate pre written quotes about an upcoming event - for example, there was an Apple IOS keynote that was anticipated to announce an AI feature. Before the event took place we worked with the client to pre-write 4 quotes in case of different outcomes of that keynote announcement. On the day of the keynote, we were able to pitch the quotes to journalists right after the announcement with the corresponding quote from our client. Press releases, fact sheets and media kits were created as well and made available to the press at events and keepin.ai/press
